Ban Bo Klua Salt Mine

Ban Bo Klua Salt Mine Ban Bo Klua or "salt mine village" is located deep in the mountains of Nan, at the bottom of a valley where Highway 1256 and 1081 intersect. Salt water is extracted from wells in the village, and evaporated off to produce salt, traded here for centuries.
